What and WHY?

The Friday Knights Hunger Bowl is the annual football game between Reitz Memorial and Mater Dei High Schools. The Hunger Bowl’s focus is to raise funds for the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry to feed the hungry of Evansville.

Over the last seven years, over $75,000 has been raised through efforts of the area Catholic Grade and High Schools, the ten area Knights of Columbus councils, at the football game and donations from the community. Each school and K of C council determines how they raise funds. As successful as we have been, the needs continue to grow and more help is needed. That’s where you come in – Donate Today!
